A nice stay near Nice train station
✓ I love that the property is squeaky clean, the bed is comfy, and the hot water works well. It also really close to nice-ville station, which is a plus, and so many restaurant within walking distance.

Lovely hotel near a train station
✓ This was a truly nice little hotel. I liked the self check in system as it allowed checking in late. My questions were answered quickly by the staff. The room had a little French balcony, air conditioning, tea/ coffee in the room. There were small things to help feel at home, like slippers, robe, etc. The location was very close to main station, so convenient, as I had to take an early train to Grasse.
✗ The shower cabin felt a little bit small. There was some street noise, and the location although convenient for having daytrips by train, etc., is not the nicest one.

Perfect for a place to stay when in Nice if just sight seeing all day
✓ Hi, this property has had some bad reviews in the past, but it is under new management and has had a total renovation. Really great budget hotel. No frills but clean and comfortable. Would recommend and stay again.

Nice room, lovely decor, great staff and location - just need some tweaks to reduce noises.
✓ The property was well located, being close to the tram and train stations. It was also well decorated and the staff were a pleasure. Lovely shower and good to have air conditioning.
✗ The only downside was noise. There was a buzzing, which continued at roughly 10 minute intervals through the night. There was little insulation between rooms, doors, waste or windows/doors to the street.

Hello, the best way to come is the following : take the metro line 2 towards Port Lympia and go down to "Alsace Lorraine" stop. Then walk 9 mins to reach the hotel. The day before your arrival we will send you access codes for a self check in.
