✓ it is a nice pretty property.

A cozy place with great spa facility and kind staffs
✓ The breakfast was served as a set with multiple choices. Everyone was amazed by the options we had. You could also order additional items from other breakfast set if you feel like to. The hotel staffs are friendly, warm, courteous, and with attention to details. The spa facility and the variety of pools are also very attractive facilities to the whole family group.
✗ Our Japanese stype rooms located at the 6th floor. The appliances in the bathroom were slightly worn off, and might need repairment/replacement. A suggestion was made to the staffs and seemed well-received. We look forward to see the improvement next time we visit

✓ It’s rare to have both cold and hot springs. Soaking yourself in cold spring after hot spring is an invigorating experience. You could literally feel your skin tightened up. The staff are very friendly and attentive.
✗ The room was a little small and the carpet was little old and had many stains.

✓ Everything.The staff was amazing. From check in, being taken to the room, being treated like royalty whenever we walked by, people always available and ready to help, breakfast and and and... This place is beautiful, clean and just amazing.

149 rooms incl two AR; There are divided into guest room & suite, the former are 138 rooms then 9 suites, mainly designed four room types: Japanese Style_Single Spring/36 rooms, Dual Springs/38, Western Style_One double bed/38 and twin rooms/ 26 !
