Good experience

✓ My experience was very good. The stuff are very nice. I got a ticket from police because I parked the car in forbidden area. The stuff help me to fill an application to pay the traffic violation since it was completely in Italian and I couldn’t understand any word. Rooms are big, air conditioning working good. Every thinking was good. Just the location was little bit hard to get there but it‘s ok because the price of staying was not expensive. Recommendation when you have a car you wouldn’t face any problem with the location. Every thing was top I can recommend it.

Not the holiday we had in mind..

✓ We liked the location and swimming pool. Double bed was good too. You definitely need a car.

✗ Arrival was a bad start. We requested a lower ground appartement due our little one walking around but got one all the way in the back of the property on the second floor (not sure why they put us there as apparently only 10 apartments where occupied and 25 empty…), aircon wasn’t working, there was a nest with bats in the outside ceiling which resulted in poo droplets, everywhere! We made a complaint about the apartment. They couldn’t fix the aircon so we could choose another room the following day. We were happy with this room but a lot of hassle and time lost. We explicitly booked this accommodation due to the good reviews but also because it has a restaurant. Booking.com and on several other websites it states that the restaurant is open until September 30th. We arrived on September 13th and the restaurant was closed for the season. This was a huge disappointment! The owner didn’t want to compensate us in any way (eg. free breakfast, coffee, bottle of wine, you name it), at least something to show you care but he was more keen to cancel the whole booking and see us leave. I can not wholeheartedly say that I would recommend Li Troni, which has so much potential! Sardinia is amazing! A shame to start the holiday this way but also to end the season with a bad review.

No clean sheets, nor supportive owners. Never again.

✓ The pool was nice and most of the staff were super friendly. The food at the restaurant was okay, but definitely not great. Beds were good.

✗ A list: - the renters before us apparently flushed a diaper down the toilet. It felt that we were blamed for this (but we are not stupid enough to try to flush a diaper). This made the toilet spill completely over the bathroom and hallway floor, including poop. The staff refused to clean it, we had to do it our selves, picking up feces without proper equipment - there are hardly any cleaning equipment available, so keeping the apartment clean is a challenge - clean sheets and towels are not including in the price - the owners do not seem to like their job as the walk around grumpy - location on Google Maps is incorrect

A superb place to relax all day, or have as a base for beaches and beyond

✓ The staff, the pool, the cleanliness, the restaurant, the apartment. There was a pool service and option to put purchases on the room or pay immediately. Family friendly. V reasonable.
