The place us clean, functional and located close to the station.

Clean, had good facilities. Staff helpful.

I couldn’t see the point of the in line check in which took quite a while to do when you had to largely do it all over when you arrived.

The room was smelly and no solution was offered.

The hotel is right next to the train station but the area where it is is quite safe. I’ve stayed there a few times before and the experience was good. The stuff was flexible when it came to payment, as my card wasn’t working and I had to split my payment in three. Sadly this time my stay left me disappointed.

Firstly, when I moved in the lady at the reception was to some extent passive aggressive, I assume because my check-in was quite late (9pm, of course I warned of it in advance). When I went into my room the smell just hit me straight away, it strongly smelled of spices to the extent that it was hard to be there (I do not mind spices and regularly eat cuisine that includes them, but I hope everyone agrees that having their strong smell is difficult to sleep in). Thus I went to reception and kindly asked to change the room, the receptionist without even looking at me said there are no empty rooms, I asked if there is a candle then or an air refresher and again the answer was “no” without looking at me. When I said it is unbearable there due to the smell of exotic food the lady GIGGLED and said nothing. In the end, I kept windows open for the next three days. The smell did not go away. Suggesting that it must have been coming from the vent. Additionally, there were no towels when I checked in and the toilet flush button was broken so the sound of running water kept coming the whole time. I’ve had a few good stays in this hotel, excellent in fact. But this time I’m genuinely disappointed in the level of service, carelessness of the employees and aging facilities. I genuinely hope this will be addressed.

Great location, cute accommodation. Quiet for sleeping. Great to work from the apartment.

I loved the people playing piano in the lobby and the friendly bar staff in the evening to arrange food and wine.

Pleasant

The apartment was nicely laid out, clean and light.

The toilet was broken. The water ran all the time. No one was available to fix it.

Not-so-clean room in a run-down wanna-be cool hotel/hostel that fails to deliver

This place is located close to the train station, but in a fairly depressing area. Nothing around. I had a whole two-bedroom flat to myself, which was too large for my needs. The bed was comfortable.

The flat was dirty. There was plenty of dust in the wardrobes. Walking barefoot inside gave me black feet. The bath door was full of water stains. Check-in was slow. They did not come to do the room on a daily basis. The AC was locked in a high temperature mode and would automatically turn off after a few hours. This is really not the level of service I would expect for 90€/night. They really want to be a cool place for young people, but it is failed marketing. Living areas were completely empty and filled with cheap music. Elevators are slow and card readers fail to work half the time.

Good value, great location.

Great location, clean and welcoming.

If you have a vehicle that is over 1.9m there isn’t anywhere to park nearby.
