✓ The hotel was exceptionally clean and provided a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Though the staff's English proficiency was limited, they were extremely helpful. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to subway and bus stations made transportation convenient.

✓ The room was not bad , but the cleanliness is pretty poor for 4 starts hotel. Location is good but traffic most of the time, and it’s on a really busy street.

✗ I had a big issue on check in, I arrived to the city at 1:40am and around 3:30am in the hotel. At the check in they wanted me to charge twice of the price , at the property and from my card attached on booking.com. I questioned them why they gonna charge me twice they said it’s guarantee fee and they will return my card payment after the check out, guarantee fee whole amount of my stay ?! Are you guys serious?! And why don’t you guys mention it on booking.com ?! I didn’t agree with them until the end and they provided me a contract with the payment at the property with 15% increased fee , what really disappointed me. It was already 4:05am I finally got my keys. AND THE WORST THING THEY SPEAK 0 ENGLISH , they stare at you and talk only Chinese. At the same time I speak 5 languages. Of course it’s really disappointing that hotel staff doesn’t speak international language! It was tiring and embarrassing experience overall. I DO NOT recommend this hotel and I’m NOT coming back to this hotel!

✓ Breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful but it was great if they could speak in English without their mobile translators which sometimes was wrong.

✗ Few kids shouting at my floor around midnight. The person next to my room woke up at night shouting! I know this was beyond the control of the hotel but they should put note for being quiet. Besides all nots and signs should be in bilingual.
