Great place to stay near Geneva during business trip

✓ The hotel is a little bit old, though you can find there whatever you need. I especially like the possibility to iron in the room, the small kitchen with everything you may need during your stay. I like the pool area where it's possible to spend time in the evening after a working day. Many thanks to the staff who were polite and ready to help. Bus stop (to UNO and to Airport) is 3 mins from the hotel (5-days unlimited transport ticket costs 45 euros). Not fat from the hotel you can also find big Carrefour shop, pharmacy and on Saturday mornings there is a local market nearby. Amazing possibility to be the part of Ferney-Voltaire.

✗ The windows in some rooms are small (it depends on the category of the room). If you are going to work in international organizations in Geneva then be ready to use overcrowded buses both in the morning and in the evening.

✓ location - though it is a bus ride from Geneva, it is a direct line from the strain station, right next to the bus stop, across from supermarket. and of course the price is so much lower than in Geneva while the room is very spacious.

✗ The picture of the room type we booked show a 2-floor room - that does not reflect the real room at all.

A very convenient place to stay.

✓ The common areas are good. Nice pool and newly updated and very modern gym. Location is great. Lots of choice at breakfast. Staff are extremely helpfuland friendly.

✗ The rooms are really in need of a reburbishment. The furniture and carpets are old. I noticed this year that they did change the curtains in the room, which really needed to be done. I hope next year to see improvements in other areas.

✓ Changed room for a small increase. Ground floor very near to pool. Was visiting friends but good bus service and stop right outside the door. Great market in Ferney on a Saturday and the Chateau Voltaire is well worth a visit.

✗ The key issue is the location. We were invited for an event, so we all stayed there, otherwise it's a bit far out from tourist stuff.
