✓ Clean, quiet, good aircon and WiFi, host could not do enough to help me (bringing food, drinks, laundry etc). Cheaper than most places in galle Fort area.

✗ Quite far away from galle Fort (maybe 20 mins walking) and not so many restaurants/places to get food etc nearby.

✓ The staff was very friendly. The location was perfect for a peaceful stay. The room, facilities including the clean bathroom were perfect.

✓ Bed and room is clean. Quite surrounding. Safe.

✗ Water speed is very low in the shower. Hotel situated in very isolated location.

Disappointing

✗ They asked extra vat although the vat is included in final price . We had to argue with owner about this. The owner said checkout time is 10 am although booking.com site says checkout is at 12 . Then we had to change our plans. Better to remind about breakfast for the bookings which are breakfast included. Because owner don’t check those details. When I ask about breakfast he wondered.

✓ It is a guest house. The owners are available people. The house is located in a popular multicultural neighborhood; The morning prayers of the various places of worship located approximately can be a constraint for people with sensitive sleep. Rooms 203 and 202 are the right size. Their layout is basic. The bedding is comfortable. The bathrooms are small, simple. He has hot water. Both bedrooms are equipped with a flat-screen LCD TV. However, satellite reception is insufficient for minimal operation. WiFi was not available during my time. Sheets and towels are clean. Breakfast can be Sri Lankan or Continental. The continental version is very basic without taste quality (eggs, toast, margarine, Sri Lankan coffee or tea). Breakfast is taken in the hall, on a table which also serves as the owner's office. Overall, breakfast delivery will deserve more attention and involvement. To be able to offer a quality breakfast at the height of the quality / price ratio.
