Great stay!
✓ Love how spacious the rooms are and the friendly staff are very helpful!
✗ Beds are little hard and hate that the pool closes at 10 pm, but just minor things.

✓ Loved the location and space/amenities of the room! Staff was very please to deal with.

it’s not as expensive as other place, fairly clean, though not the public bathroom, and the desk staff dress like bums,
✓ it’s low key but friendly.
✗ There were no coffee cup or plain half and half cups and I waited for 5 minutes at the desk and no one came out to see what was wrong so I opened the cabinets, found the items and restocked the coffee bar myself and some others that were waiting clapped!

✗ Pillow selection on the bed was limited. They were all too thick and hard. I would have preferred a selection that included some "flat" pillows.

Would recommend but needs some attention.
✓ The breakfast sandwiches, the nightly lit fire pit and hanging outdoor lights, the fact we could grill out. staff was accommodating when needed. Very modern. Comfy beds. Need more rooms with two beds. nice decor. great seating area in lobby.
✗ broken washer, broken dryer, broken gym equipment, broken dishes in room, no quarters for laundry (some hotels now have card swipes and apps to update guests on laundry progress. When requesting rooms to be cleaned, they weren’t cleaned. there were no extra towels and we ran out of tp.
