✓ Friendliness of staff, being available 24 hrs a day for late check-in. Perfect location. The breakfast facilities were exceptional

A good basic hotel with great location

✓ The location is great, only a short walk from the Grand Place. Room was otherwise okay, but oh my, please get rid of the carpets. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly.

Great stay, exceptional staff, awesome location, perfectly clean and quiet!

✓ The room was perfect in size and appointments. Room service was exceptional: a kitchen staff came back after serving my meal to bring back my dessert, ice cream. They wanted to make sure it would not be melted by the time I finished my meal. Location is superb: right in the hyper-center of Lille.

✗ For a 4 star hotel i found these items missing: The TV remote did not work well. Netflix was not on the Hotel Channels! There was not a welcome kit with creams, shower cap etc.... I had not brought my personal body cream or shower cap and I found that lacking.
