not four star, but OK

✓ rooms were ok for the money. wonderful balcony view, nice location set in lovely gardens. Young staff were helpful. but the hotel offered the basics but little more

✗ a tired hotel that has clearly seen better days and can no way be called a four star. No food, no bar, breakfast experience was awful. cigarette butts everywhere on the breakfast patio

A disgusting 4 Star hotel

✓ Just the pool but it was deep and dangerous without a lifeguard but that’s about it.

✗ It was dirty, smelly and no restaurant. It needs a full refurbishment.

✗ Stayed there 2 nights - had to change rooms because of moldy smell from the (noisy) A/C - didn’t improve (same with the rooms of my colleagues). Hotel is generally kind of rotten (mold in bathroom, water drops down from the ceiling at the front desk,…) Breakfast was super noisy and packed as well - and offered only a poor selection.

Hideous. We have to leave 5 days early because we couldn't spend another night there.

✓ Not much to be honest... breakfast was OK compared with the rest of the experience of the hotel.

✗ The hotel was a disaster. It should be reported for pretending to be a 4* hotel. It has a general feeling of uncleanliness about it. Everything feels tired and dirty. The beds are uncomfortable and I woke up with neck ache every day. There is one solo plug socket in the room. The staff seem worn down by what I can only assume are relentless days of customer complaints.

It was the best part of our weekend

✗ This was a business trip. Room was not very clean - No shampoo, soap Wouldn't agree a late checkout and when we left bags no tag was given and you lost them Nowhere to change. Gym closed. Pool not available to use.
