✓ I loved everything about my stay at The Morgan Resort Spa & Village. Mainly how inviting, helpful & kind everyone was. The music at the pool was perfect & the cocktails really tasty.

Planned on returning for future visits

More funeral place than hotel - systemically unpleasant and unprofessional staff, rare to experience

I am not US American to require extreme kindness all the time, but I must say that the hotel staff is unacceptably unprofessional, untrained, stern and unwelcoming, it could easily appear as they hate you or something (although that’s not the case ofc) or that you are an extreme burden to them. You will not find a slightest smile in hotel during your stay, impossible! That’s how trained they are. As per prices, be prepared to pay $18 for 1.5 L of water in the hotel store 😂 An indecent ripoff I haven’t seen in any 5* hotel or above ever in my life. Food is very average or below, your credit card might not work (only) with them (I had to pay cash), you can’t switch off lights in the bathroom

I really liked this hotel. Considering it’s right by the airport.. everything is within walking distance.

✓ The property was clean, the staff was very nice, and I wasn’t sure what to expect but I honestly have no complaints.
