✓ Amazing spa hotel in the tranquility of the forest and mountain. Rooms furbished to high standard with style and attention to details and guest needs. Great spa zone, midern polish cuisine restaurant, generous breakfast.

✗ The only thing it lucks is the outdoor pool. There is indoor one and outside jacuzzi though

✓ Everyone was very nice, amazing breakfast, great SPA area, everything was very clean and comfortable. We loved the style of the rooms and hotels in general, folk but modern at the same time, very unique. Definitely great value for money.

our stay was well, and smooth. This was my second time in Aries wisla, staff did their best

✓ Breakfast was good, we have ordered the breakfast to room, It arrived always on time. we selected Aries breakfast, with Omelette, only problem were Omelettes were cold, not hot. Looked like cooked much earlier, Hotel location is one of the best to Ski world cup, to Malinka, just 15 minutes of walking, and we did not stuck in traffic. we used the SAP and wellness center, pool was very good, small but useful, I was swimming early morning, and just It was me at the pool for sometime, Jacuzzis is just outside of the pool, and it was a great experience to be in jacuzzi while snowing :)

✗ had massages in SPA, unfortunately it was not as I have expected, one of the therapist was good, requested to have stronger massage, and Elizabette did her best, and always she was wearing mask on. On the other hand, other therapist, which was male, removed his mask while massage, and during one hour did not wear on :( and he did not give bra for us, which was inappropriate, at least he should have offered if it was needed or not, even one time use bras were available. Towels were very small, comparing other massages we had in other hotels, and while turning front side, this male therapist wanted to check out :( which was completely not professional. I think it is better to ask the therapist before starting to have it,

✓ Very good hotel, welcoming reception, fast check-in, nice rooms, quiet and reliable aircon, good restaurant, very good breakfast.

✗ A couple of things which should not happen in such a good hotel: 1. I had the "Do not disturb" sign on my door, however the room service was knocking (and openning) my door even before 8 am! 2. I left my room for breakfast at 9:30, removed "Do not disturb" and returned around 10:30. Then stayed in room till 11:30 with "Do not disturb" sign. Left the room at 11:30, removed "Do not disturb" and returned to room around 5pm. NO SERVICE DONE during 6 and half hours of available time!!! 3. Restaurant openning time is till 10 pm (bar beside the restaurant till 11 pm). I think that there is no reason that restaurant staff is preparing tables for breakfast already at 9:15 pm. It's actually not much disturbing however it's a clear sign that restaurant guests are not more welcome to stay. I would accept it around 9:50 (it takes 5 minutes), however considering that the bar is open till 11pm it should make no trouble to make this simple preparation after the restaurant guests leave. ... There is no opportunity to sign your restaurant spends to your room account without the credit which you have to open at the reception before you enter the restaurant. They have my credit card details anyway and so there is actually no risk of "no payment". What a strange habit.
