Comfy budget with good location and cycle friendly staff
✓ My "suite" was larger than usual for a budget hotel. I had a big double bed. It's a budget hotel with budget prices and if you just want a comfy bed and a power shower then this is the place for you. Wifi was decent and easy to log onto. We had pedal bikes and we found the bike area really easy and secure to use.
✗ Not much I didnt like. It felt like a converted building and the decor is functional but if you want deep carpets pay double the room rate and go elsewhere

✗ Nothing to complain about, but, in my opinion, cleaning the room every 8 days is not enough (i stayed 4 night so i had no problem with that)

Comfortable, clean and pet friendly
✓ The staff was very helpful, the compact apartment was very clean and well equipped. It's located very close to a small supermarket which is handy on a Sunday since many shops, restaurants were closed when I arrived. An added bonus is that they're pet friendly (had to pay a small fee) and they were very accommodating.

Great budget location near the heart of Rennes
✓ Plenty of utensils and appliances for cooking, all you need for a short stay. Plus just a 10 min walk from Old Rennes.
✗ No essentials for cooking: salt, pepper, sugar, oil, or coffee filters. It seems to me it is a waste to expect tourists to buy them for such a short time.
