✓ everything was good! thank you very much :) Friendly staff in the hotel. Excellent Reception team they allowed me to Check out at a later time It is our first time here and in minya. But it's certainly not the last time. We will be back next year! We have been met by the best and nicest people imaginable. Right from those at the reception, to the very special "AMIR" in the restaurant, who from day one greeted us with a smile and service at the highest level. Him and his team made sure we never lacked for anything, and had a table and our WELCOME drinks ready when we arrived. WALID really made us feel special! And we have never met such service and friendliness before anywhere else. It was just amazing, and a Big thank you to him!The food was also really delicious and there was plenty to choose from, so there was something for everyone. Every time we were there, we also met the chef cook, who always smiled kindly and always asked if everything was okay and if anything was missing. It should also be mentioned that the cleaning in the room was always in order, and funny animals were made from the towels on the bed, THANKS ALL CREW OF QUEEN HOTEL MINYA

✓ the most wonderful hotel around minya city the team of the hotel are so friendly and they are professional on their job they helped me to-organize a trip around minya nd they were so kind driver and police men are helpful too- my real recommendation for all the travellers specially for short trips will choose the hotel of queen minya - breakfast was included and more varieties and fresh bakes highly recommended and amazing staff and everything is perfect and friendly staff i will come again inshallah for the next trip .Reception team did great job

✓ Nice hotel on a big boat in the Nile. Nice staff and friendly reception with welcome drink and fruit basket. And the next morning a perfect breakfast.
