Best Western Plus Ocean City

Disappointing

✗ There was no hot water .

✓ I ate at the Cafe downstairs food was good

✗ Everything was good

There three nights and suited are needs just fine.

✓ Convenient. Room was cleaned a good size. Bed comfortable. 24 hour free coffee and tea.

✗ Heard traffic noise.

Enjoyable, but left a day early. No fault of the Best Wester, but my personal experiences.

✓ I did not have breakfast, but the restaurant for lunch/dinner was terrific, including the glass of wine. A few years ago I discovered the restaurant open until 8 p.m. In the past, they were only open for breakfast and lunch. I enjoyed the extra hours open.

✗ Better signage indicating where to check in/find the front office. Would also be nice to have a drop-off/pickup area outside the hotel entrance like the semi circle design at most all hotels.
