Dama Bianca Boutique Hotel Ostuni

Enjoyed our rooms, loved the roof stop terrace.

✓ Breakfast was very good, and staff friendly and helpful.

✗ Our only suggestion is to consider putting a sign on the door of the first DB property visible to indicate where the Reception office is. When we arrived at the address provided, there was no answer at the door and no indication of where we could find any hotel staff. It was only because we happened to meet some other guests on the street that we learned where the Reception office was located.

Wonderful stay at Dama Bianca

✓ We had a wonderful stay at Dama Bianca! Thank you to the lovely staff who went above and beyond. The room was comfortable and clean and perfect for a group of 4 of us for the weekend. The hotel is in a great location too.

I had a lovely time at the hotel, the staff were so responsive and friendly and the location was great!

Very disappointing hotel!

✗ We bookd a Deluxe Suite with Whirlpool and the description was the following: "This suite features a pool with a view and a hot tub. Boasting a private entrance, this air-conditioned suite features 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bath. This suite has soundproof walls, a minibar, flat-screen TV with cable channels, as well as wine/champagne for guests. The unit has 2 beds. " But what we got was a room in the basement, with a little window without curtain. There were just a bedroom and in front of the bed was the little whirlpool. We booked the room for two nights with breakfast but when we arrived we have been told, that the breakfast room is closed and we got vouchers for a bar where we had to walk 5 min. There we just got a coffee and a croissant! But on the homepage they promised a nice breakfast buffet, so we paid far to much with our booking. As the room was in a basement the room smelled strongly of moisture. We asked the reception if this is really our room we booked for 320.--CHF per night, and we were told that this is it. When we left the second day there was just the cleaning staff at the reception. We were very disappointed and this is certainly not a Boutique or Charming Hotel at all. We will not come back and can not recommend this hotel.

✓ It looks absolutely gorgeous 🤍 i loved everything about it! You have everything you need in the apartment. If you want breakfast is very tasty and it costs 10€/person.

Ostuni is a must place to visit for an evening, and Dama Bianca ideal.

✓ great location a short walk into the centre, property clean and well maintained. whilst basic breakfast was fab. I loved the terrazzo floor. roof terrace & hot tub a great addition.

✗ very steep stairs to our room, not suitable for everyone.
