✓ The rooms are OK and private.

✗ Shower is just way too small. Water pressure very weak. Furniture is just too old. A revamp is urgently required.

It was a quick stay because another booking did not respond, it served the purpose but needs a lot of attention.

✓ The location is perfect, the security seems fine and it looks good outside. The stuff is welcoming and polite.

✗ They did not have a coffee station and had no tea or coffee even with a tea box present. The furniture is wearing off and sofas are dirty beyond dirty with stains and look like they have germs on them. The TV wiring is very untidy, and looks very hazardous. The aircon has no remote. The bathroom tub had hair. The shower had not been scrubbed in a while and requires flops as it looks like it would give you fungus.

✓ Nothing special expect Netflix was working and internet was good

✗ No aircon in apartment , doors are very old and kitchen was average

Enjoy it, lovely place to stay at. Home away from home.

✓ Friendly staff, security 24/7 and nice quiet area.

✗ Please they need to have more plates, pots, spoons, knives and foks. Please fix the shower door on room 4. We were missing air-con remote. The beds needs to be changed starting to feel uncomfortable.

✗ The team needs to get rid of the cockroaches in the apartment, even the insect spray provided wasn’t enough. The bins outside were filled with garbage and I can’t help but think that it contributed to the cockroach issue. The Wi-Fi isn’t great but otherwise everything else was good enough.
