Good place to be for first break since pandemic restrictions lifted-The sounds of silence/ of birds.
✓ Ty Coch, a solid stone built property, set in established attractive grounds, within a quadrangle, is well appointed. Beds are comfortable with good quality bed linen provided. Kitchen is well equipped. A welcome pack, including a bottle of wine, was much appreciated. Also available, current essential items - hand sanitiser, (anti-bac) wipes and spray, if you’d forgotten them. Covid secure. The quadrangle is a quiet, pleasant area for sitting out. French doors a plus, able to have open most days/evenings. Anglesey’s wonderful micro climate meant the sun shone first 5 days, then heavens opened. A short walk to Trearddur’s wide sandy beach. Restaurants, too, when they reopen. Local general stores nearby, and, a retail park with superstores a few miles away made for stress free self-catering. Beautiful sunsets, cloud scapes and the different moods of the sea all pluses. Ty Coch and Trearddur make for a very good base to relax and from which to explore Anglesey.
✗ Attention to some specific, basic details could make it excellent. Would like to return with family, including a 5 year old, yet 14 years is the age stated for children to be allowed to stay. Unable to comprehend the reasoning for this.
