✓ The Japanese bath was truly impressive! It had all the amenities one would need to enjoy a relaxing soak. After my long journey, I felt completely at ease.

✓ The room itself was amazing, super clean, though a little narrow, but you got every thing you need. There was even a little kitchen. If I stay one more night, I would definitely buy some seafood from the Sunday Market. The location is just right in the opposite of the train station. Staff were impressive too. Since I arrived quite late at night, they gave clear instruction for me to self check in. They provided online inquiry 24/7, you can ask them anything, quite responsive.

✗ There was a little concern about the check in procedure. I was required to provide personal particulars and upload passport through a link they gave me. The point is these sensitive information were connected to the internet. You know, hackers are everywhere. Personal information are better kept offline. I suggest maybe a self check-in machine, which is not connected to the internet, on the site would be a better choice.

✗ No dish wash detergent, only provide 2 plate. At lease need 2 more bowl. I book for 4 bed but when check in found only 2 bed. After feed back back to the agent and able change back to 4 bed. I can say this is a very big MISTAKE. To the customers.
