Pleasant
✓ The bathtub in the room makes it enjoyable and a more comfortable stay. Nice dark lighting.
✗ There is a TV in the room but you have to pay to access content. There was a desktop computer in the room although it wasn't listed and I didn't need it. WiFi wasn't working. Light 1 wasn't working. The room could be cleaner (dust everywhere on the walls which made it difficult to breathe as I have asthma; dents in the furniture and walls).

✗ Expensive considering the quality of the hotel. Check-in time is 4 pm, and I had to pay 20000KRW for 1hr 30min early entry. Most hotels I traveled allow me early check-in without extra payment if the room is avaiable

Disappointing
✓ I frequently visit this hotel to relax and take a bath. The decor is lovely and the staff is really friendly and helpful.
✗ I've noticed that the surfaces are not cleaned very well so this was rather disappointing.

✓ It was quiet and a great location. The decor was really nice.

✓ The bathtub was the draw for me. Being able to relax after a day out was amazing. The bed was excellent. I had a very comfortable night sleep during my visit.
✗ The carpet in the area from the elevator to the room. It needs a deep steam cleaning. The entrance to the hotel is very nice. The welcome by the staff at check-in also nice. Getting off the elevator, not nice to be meet with a carpet that obviously needs a serious cleaning.
