Hotel was nice but not much around it in walking distance

✓ The hotel management was kind enough to allocate another room. The breakfast was good.

✗ The room that was given to us initially was not livable. The smoke from the road beside was making the air inside the room suffocating. It took nearly one hour of explaining to the hotel management to convince this.

Overall a very good stay.

✓ Very clean with super nice and helpful staff. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety.

✗ The room could do with an upgrade and some renovation. A bit far from the centre.

Good value city centre hotel

✓ It wasn't really a 'holiday' hotel - but it did exactly what it set out to do - provide a reasonably comfortable night in a city centre at a competitive price

✗ I didn't like being asked in advance for a lot of personal information that the hotel didn't really need and perhaps planned to sell on - to 'trusted partners' whatever that means

Disappointing

✓ Continental breakfast ok. Friendly staff.

✗ Evening dinner tasteless and certainly not worth the money. Dining room not inviting and disinterested staff. Room not as shown on booking.com and needed redecorating, certainly not worth the price.
