✓ Breakfast was excellent, butler service was excellent, we stayed 3 nights and there were no baklava or fruits in our room, we checked out and returned after 1 night from wadi rum, stayed 1 more night and that room had 3 peaches and a wooden box with baklava. Loved the vip service on arrival, opening of our car doors, shopping bags brought up to our room

✗ Stayed 3 nites in room 1608 and the shower and toilet glass doors were extremely stiff to open or close. Spoke to the butler service about it, but it was never rectified

Highly recommend this hotel, it’s worth it.

✓ Everything was perfect! The room was clean, good service, great breakfast and staff was super helpful and nice. We had a great stay and would definitely go again.

✓ This is the best hotel we stayed during our entire trip! Totally worth the money; very clean and excellent services in all aspects, the bed feels like cloud, super comfy! Well trained staffs and always professional and helpful, 10/10 on evethting!
