Good hotel, bad airport shuttle.
✓ The hotel has a very good view of the city in the roof top swimming pool. Room is spacious and clean. Hotel staff are very friendly.
✗ Air port transportation was a nightmare. The hotel advertises to provide free airport shuttle using their own taxi services. However, the hotel staff at the airport was not able to find a Phu Cuong taxi, so he sent me to a Mai Linh taxi, an external taxi service, and promised that i would still get a reimbursement for the Mai Linh taxi fare. The promise was not honored by the hotel staff, and I ended paying out of pocket for what is a complementary service. Phu Cuong would have been my to go hotel next time i visit Ca Mau if this inconvenience had not happened.

A decent 4 star Hotel in Vietnam countryside
✓ Stayed here last year and it’s still up there for our expectations of a 4 star Hotel. Would return again and recommend to other travellers
✗ Should allow early check in for senior hotel patrons. When requested for 1/2 - 1Hr earlier check-in but was turned down, a bit disappointed as my elderly Mum really needed a place to rest after long travelling time.

✓ The staffs are very nice & helpful. The room is big, comfortable and clean. The location also very near to airport & lots of restaurant around the hotel. Highly recommended to stay here.
