I may spend more money and pick a cleaner hotel than this.

✓ welcoming staff, location, price

✗ Old and dirty room, bed linen, toilet, plumber work is needed in toilet, the brick in the room was visible due to chipping off the paint, old and dirty room and bathroom curtains, lack of proper dusting, old sofa.....needs an overall maintenance

✓ Nothing at all. Coz 1st come to counter. The guy is not welcoming us and have bad attitude.

✗ We come at 11.30pm. already state will check in around 11-12am. When we come the guy in counter not welcoming us. Even had bad internet he said. Can't let us check in. Is okay can't connect to booking.com to see our check in. But the attitude he talk and respon is bad. With face angry, not smile at all. Bad customer service.

✓ Hot water, decent location.

✗ Literally nonexistent wifi - worked for probably a combined 10 minutes of our stay. Very old, dried blood stains on the sheets, doesn’t look like they’ve been changed or the room has been cleaned for months. Mostly annoyed about them advertising the place as having free wifi, but it does not work ever. Okay for just one night, but I would recommend finding somewhere else.
