Great stay in city center

✓ Really great place in the city center with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Very easy to communicate with the host and clean room and bathroom with a daily complementary breakfast snack. Me and my friend would highly recommend this place!

No drinks machine for water etc Long climb up 2 floors to residence so not for the fainthearted with heavy suitcases Advertised a roof terrace but inaccessible

✓ I like very much the fact that the propriety owner gave me all information to make my arrival easier. He was extremely gentle and available for any question. Love also how clean everything was. The location is in the center of the city very close to all historic places to visit in Cagliari.

Perfect city break

✓ Super location, great host and clean, spacious room. Located in a quiet street in the centre of Cagliari, Residenza le Scalette is a great choice for a few nights in this lovely city. The host Michele is extremely welcoming and helpful. The room is quiet, and fully equipped. Comfy bed, good shower and extremely quiet given the location. There are 4 (I think) rooms and a shared kitchen area where you can use the fridge, have a coffee or just sit down. Great value too!

✗ "Breakfast" is served in a cafe in Via Roma. Be aware that this is only a coffee and a pastry!!!

✗ The only very very minor issue we’re that there were mosquitos in my room so I got bitten a couple of times and could hear them go past me while trying to sleep even though I never opened a window during my stay.

Shared apartment with basic kitchen.

✗ Check in is not arranged, you come to address, see door and wait outside. it is shared apartment in normal building. With no reception or someone to meet you. Kitchen with microwave only. Breakfast is not really breakfast, why to advertise it. Maybe some pastries, jam and tea/coffee, that's all. No any bottled water provided. For room in shared apartment with no any bottle of water and no any service is heavy overpriced.
