An old-fashioned hotel with some charm

✓ Old-fashioned hotel with some charm in a German seeside resort. My single room was modern, quiet and worked surprisingly well although it was extremely small.

✗ No elevator; a tough job if you stay with a lot of luggage on the first floor or higher. If arriving late, there could be lack of parking places. Small rooms for breakfast and sometimes even lack of seats in there.

✓ Very friendly staff & management, incredible breakfast spread, wonderful drink selection, great location, quiet environment, very reasonable price.

✗ Room was a little smoke-ridden, like someone had smoked a cigarette in it before hand. Or maybe that was the smokers on the neighboring property, which is certainly not the fault of the management.
