Disappointing

✓ No breakfast served but advertised on the website.

✗ No breakfast included, however I was charged for the breakfast and did not get my money back.

A nice and pleasant stay.

✓ An unexpectedly minimal design putting everything where it needs to be. Quiet, clean, easy to find, with a good parking area just on the side of the entrance.

Nice, small family owned hotel

✓ Its a nice family owned hotel, room was clean and comfortable with very good curtains which block the sunlight for a much needed ealry morning blackout, washrooms are clean and well equiped, wifi was also ok, breakfast is personally served which also reduces the wastage. Lady at the reception (owner) was very helpful for a late check-in).

✗ Hotel is nearby a busy way which means you will hear noise of vehicles moving from early morning (it wasn't a problem for me as I had ear plugs), also its a non smoking hotel but when window is open room gets filled with cigarette smell from people smoking outside.
