✗ Room stank of cigarette, broken balcony door handle so couldnt get air. Can hear every bit of noise outside the room. Barely any space between the toilet and shower. It's a bit out of date. No plug points near the bed. I was moved to a new room luckily as the smell of cigarette was so intense.

Overpriced even for high season, but could have been even more enjoyable.

✓ Good hotel location, close to the beaches and walkways, a good amount of reserved parking space (thumbs up for the licence plate recognition ramp system!), friendly and hardworking staff, kindly appreciate the special occasion gift (champange) in the room, cleanliness of the room and daily replacement of towels and toiletries, good working AC unit in the room (floor mounted), good selection of dishes for meals, self-service style buffet.

✗ - Due to the location of the room (backside of the hotel) - the noise from the central ventilation system fans prevents having open windows during nights and thus having fresh air in the room instead of the AC unit, even with windows closed, nosie is audible. - Very clumsy access to the shower (sideways to the toilet), dangerous when slippery (tiles); whole bathroom is very compact. - Bed mattress is ripe for a replacement (a hole is forming in the middle) soon. - Selection of food is commendable for the hotel category, but much of the self-service menu is quite heavy on the fats, even fried dishes can be made with less residual fat.

Fabulous

✓ Food was really good and rich. Drinks included in the price + snack during lunch time. Beach is 5 min. from the room. We had 5 rooms (2&2 rooms with&without balcony + one suite). All of them was enough big for 2 adult and one children. All room has one extra armchair (possible to change to bed) - quiet enough for children. Suite has sofa (theoretically) enough for 2 kids sleeping, but two armchair instead of one sofa or an extra collapsible bed would be much better - space for them would be enough in suite. Great thing, that Wifi is working everywhere, even on some part of beach.

✗ A and B building has elevator, C does not. Beach is near to the hotel, but you need to use stairs (hotel has one escalator outside, it is great, but still you need to use another stairs). The beach is good, clear water, nice view, but lot of jellyfish were in the water and the beach side is limited.

Missing few things to be great budget location

✓ Breakfast was solid with decent amount of options and everything we tried was good. Pool was clean and big enough for hotel size so it was never to crowded. Staff was polite and helpful. Hotel is located close to grocery store and beach.

✗ Elevator exists only for certain rooms and our room on third floor didn't have it. There was no fridge or mini bar in our room even doe three star hotel is required to have one. Also there is no enough parking space in the hotel parking lot, few times we had to wait up to 1h until free space opened.
