Disappointing

✓ Breakfast and restaurant. People on reception were very helpful and friendly, were working fast.

✗ Room, was too warm no aircondition, even no good ventilation, very loud refrigerator and looks like in soviet union time. No shower gel or shampoo in a bathroom.

back to the 80's

✓ The staff is very friendly, helpful and welcoming and the location is right on the main square of the town. There is a secure parking option behind the hotel.

✗ The hotel is run down, resembles the 80's with no major upgrade since. Mold in the bathroom, old doors, floors and furniture. No air-conditioning, dirty terrace...by the way the deluxe room means you get a terrace you wouldn't want to step on.

It was okay but the AC situation was very disappointing. Very difficult to sleep in heat

✗ AC wasn’t a real AC. The room was super hot. The bed wasn’t comfortable. I had to go downstairs for a fan but the room was still soo hot

✓ central location, friendly staff, good breakfast

✗ There is no air conditioning, which is not an issue in spring weather, however there are no mosquito screens, thus keeping the windows open can be problematic in mosquito / fly season. Under the bedsheet there is no extra layer, beside the fact that the sheet is susceptable to slide during someone's sleeping. In the bathroom there is only one soap container that is near the sink, far from the shower. The price is doubled since last year although the service is the same. (no heating is needed in mid-May, i.e. there is no extra energy consumption)

✗ Property is tired and dated, no investment made in the hotel for many years. Rooms feel like you have just walked back into the 1950’s. No drinking water available to purchase once the bar is closed. Breakfast is basic but perfectly good enough. No tea/coffee facilities in rooms, especially when you arrive late at night, the bar is closed and no shops open locally - that is rather poor. No hair dryer in room Bathroom sink and bath/shower served by one tap system Bathroom shower curtain mouldy/dirty

✓ Well placed, fairly well taken care of. you can see it is a bit old and could use a bit of fixing up, but for the price, just right.

✗ The facade, the hallway and the door locks. Again, not a big issue, but they could be fixed up.
