Bad enough for me to post on here.

✗ The room I was originally in had a broken A/C unit. Miserably hot. They did change my room to the first floor, next to the kitchen. The smell and noise from the kitchen was overwhelming. The bathroom floor was cracked and caved in. Hair and what appeared to be boogers were on the wall in the shower. Absolutely disgusting. The floor is a complete hazard and should be shut down until proper repairs are made. The room is a wheelchair room too. A/C at least worked in that one thankfully. Overly priced for a disgusting hotel. The two staff members I spoke with were both great though! Grateful for the two of them!

✗ This hotel was horrible! I would not recommend! As you enter the front door, there is a strong sewer odor that penetrates throughout the entire hotel! Our room reeked of dampness and moisture! A pair of men’s underwear were left behind next to the pullout couch and there were no men with us! (See pic) The pool was dirty and looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The outdoor furniture at the pool was heavily stained and looked like it should have been thrown out years ago! Do not fall for the high energy pics of the pool on their website as your mood will be killed instantaneously on sight! The fitness area had a sign saying to wipe down equipment after use, but no wipes were provided. No A/C in the fitness area and was told they have no ventilation in that area, nor any fans. It felt like a sauna! Dead roach at the front door that no one bothered to remove. Breakfast was a joke and had the nerve to have a sign up that said $10 for the breakfast buffet! More like scraps! After cleaning our room, they did not leave washcloths. When I called the front desk, I was told that I had to come retrieve them. I would not recommend this place.

✓ Breakfast was decent , ran out of milk and bagels , location was great

✗ Hot water in shower was not working , air conditioner , not working had to change rooms . but new room was dirty and bath tub sticky and oily , both rooms musty and dirty looking sheets were full of lipstick . very surprised of how poor the hotel was kept up .

✗ After the first night, asked if they could fix my window blind because it was only coming down half way and not blocking the light from the business signage next door. The issue was never fixed, I had to prop up pillows four nights in a row to try and block the light coming in from outside. Also, the choice of TV stations for the breakfast news needs to be more neutral, and not biased one way or the other. No one should be forced to listen to opinions they don't agree with, may just need to put it on the weather channel or local news instead.
