✗ That I had to ask multiple times for towels and still never got them till I went looking for a maid.

Good location with quiet, clean rooms and easy parking.
✓ Modern building with nice amenities. Restaurant and bar looked inviting, but my schedule did not allow me to try it. I would have had I stayed longer. The room was quiet, very comfortable and pleasant to relax in.
✗ Busy elevators meant I used the stairs a couple of time, but I had to search for the stairwell from the first floor. It was an unmarked door. That was the only thing I ran into that would warrant any criticism. The facility was quite nice.

✓ The location was easy to get to. The restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. The concierge and front desk staff are also very friendly and helpful. 
✗ The pool water seemed to me to be a little murkier than I’m accustomed to. And I’m not a pool expert. But it seems like the water could have been more clear.

No, our shuttle starts at 6am and the last call for the shuttle is 10pm.

The airport shuttle is complimentary. It runs from 6am - 10pm 7 days a week. We are about 25-30 minutes from the airport.

An ID for someone over 21 that match the credit card being used is required to check in. A second adult in the room is not required to have an ID unless they want to be added to the room to get a key. In that case, they would need an ID

Yes, our shuttle operates from 6am-10pm. When you are ready to be picked up and have your bags, give the hotel a call. Please be advised our breakfast is not complementary, it operates from 6am-10am on weekdays and 7am-11am on weekends.

We only accept dogs. There is not a breed restriction, but the weight restriction is 75 pounds per dog. We allow up to 2 dogs in the room. There is a one-time pet fee upon arrival and the rate is based upon the amount of days you are staying.

Late check out is based upon availability. The late check out fee is from 12pm-3pm it will be half the day rate, after 3pm it will be a full day stay.
