Stay away. Only reason it gets good reviews is paid influencers from Brasil.
✓ The location is good, and the view to to the ocean from the infinity pool awesome.
✗ Everything. Staff was horrible, and did not care at all. We were put in the servant area as the hotel was oversold. It was not even part of the hotel. Room did not have the 2 bed requested. Worst part is there were no apologies offered, and our request to see hotel management went unanswered for the entire 5 night stay.
