A wonderful location, helpful staff
✓ The location couldn’t be better to explore Waikiki area. Ten points for that. Otherwise the hotel was clean, staff was friendly and there was a possibility to borrow fitness and beach equipment which was very helpful. A small hotel feeling which I appreciated.
✗ To be honest, the breakfast coffee was terrible, but it is a minor factor. The standard room was ok size for a solo traveller, but for two it would have been tight. I would have liked to have an unfixed shower, this was fixed above the bathtube.

✓ The location is perfect, next to restaurants and the beach. The hotel staff is very helpful. The room layout is good enough space.

✓ The fresh fruit for breakfast was a bonus- a great way to start the day. The breakfasts were nice - toast, croissants, eggs. The room was comfortable and had a view of the mountains and the sea. It was one short block from the beach and there was an excellent poke bowl place across the road.

Our lowest room would be 7th floor. While we are more than willing to accommodate your request for a lower floor, be aware that availability is not guaranteed. Additionally, we have both stairwell and elevator access.

Aloha, There is a shuttle service that we recommend called Island Express Shuttle for airport shuttles to our hotel and vice versa. If, you wish to reserve a shuttle from the cruise ship, you would have to arrange that with the cruise ship company.

Aloha, If you are walking to the Hawaiian Convention Center it will take about 30 minutes. If you are driving or taking public transportation it will take about 10 - 15 minutes.

Apologies, we do not have adjoining rooms. Our Family Suite is a 440 Square foot room with 2 Queen Beds and two bathrooms. A wall is seperating the rooms with a permanent opening between the rooms.
