Very good and will certainly come back, when I'm next in the area.

✓ I can honestly say that the whole experience was very good. From the welcoming and check-in, to the room size and very comfortable bed. A bonus the room was very quiet, which helps when trying to sleep off the jetlag. The bathroom was a good size, clean and had a really nice shower. I recommend the morning buffet breakfast, there's a very wide variety and the staff are very welcoming. A final bonus was the rooftop pool, which was well maintained.

✗ The gym equipment wasn't of a very high standard and a rowing machine in there would have been nice. Being an early starter (business travel), having the gym opening a little earlier would have been nice, as well as a sauna. But, to be honest pretty minor details.

✓ I really like how modern it is, I really like the staff at the reception and the service staff in the room, it also has quick access to the subway, I like the supermarket, the cafeteria and the laundry, they are very accurate, the other thing is the Filtered water in the corridors I think it makes it sustainable by avoiding the consumption of plastic for us foreigners.

✗ I was at the reception and I was bitten by snakes on my legs, it was very uncomfortable the distribution of the desk, chair and bed is strange if you want to hold a meeting you don't have enough light The other thing was the carpets, it is a relatively modern and new hotel, I have stayed before but the room this time was stained, it lacked cleaning.

This hotel is a great base if you are working in the area. Gym and pool are great.

✓ Well equipped large room. Bed very comfortable and TV huge. Great bathroom - big and very clean. Great view with large full room window. Housekeeping very good. We were made to feel welcome. All staff helpful and polite. And very good at getting taxis every day!

✗ Many public areas eg the front bar and the bar in the japanese restaurant on the 28th floor were VERY cold with air conditioning on full power. I did raise this with staff but there was nothing they could do. We stopped eating in the brasserie as too uncomfortable to sit for long. Breakfast expensive. And served too late (10.00 am) for people who are working? We found eating here very expensive.
