✓ Beds were comfy except the one.....
✗ Breakfast was not complimentary. We were the only ones they asked for our room number and then was charged for it. Also one of the beds had a piss stain

✓ Good location. Nice facility. Close to train station. Clean Rose at Reception desk was excellent, very nice and accommodating.

Stuff is great, location is great, too.
✓ The stuff is very nice. They support us about everything we need. There is public parking very close to the hotel (50m) and cost only 0.70€ per hour. Train station is less than 5 minutes away from hotel. In the next building has a Cafe with awesome focaccias and croissants.

✗ Noisy, bad sound isolation. Kitchen utilities very limited.

Salve we have laundry service which is fully available and yes we had some maintenance issues before now everything has already fixed and all the wash machine are fully functional!
