✗ It's a little unusual not getting a key for the room but the staff were lovely and the room great value for money.

✗ We had to transfer to another wing because the wing where we were initially assigned smelled so bad, the smell was like coming septic tank, and the room also smelled of laundry detergent.

✗ Ant infested. Outside of room never clean. chef scratching his groin area whilst talking with me. Toilet flush continuing to break. . Changing room because of influx of msquitos. Remote control of tv to be changed. Aircon excessively loud, in complaint ignored by owner who walked away proceeded by being shouted at to find a new hotel all at 06:00. Highly rude. Service unimportant to owners
