Great hotel in Nuremberg.

✓ Excellent hotel, very new and very well maintained, with modern facilities and a free parking in the back. The staff were very nice and helpful. Rooms are good and well equipped. Not even one bad thing there that I can mention

✗ The towels and loo paper. Am used to a bit thicker for towel absorption. Loo paper is too hard. I observed the same a few years back. Anyway I resolved the matter using tissues.

Good stay

✓ Staff is very helpful. Even though I had my reservations about the parking after booking the hotel, the car park belongs to the hotel which is behind the building. There is no CCTV, however it was very safe. There is 24 hrs reception. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.

✗ The hotel should put good and clear information regarding the parking. After learning it is not closed/ secured parking, I wanted to cancel the reservation and find another place with secured parking however it was refused( as per the cancellation policy) and my concerns were not taken into consideration which is why I was nervous about any breaking in to the car.

✓ Clean rooms, staff was great, good location close to the subway station in a quiet area of town. Breakfast was awesome. We’ll be back when visiting Nürnberg.
