✗ Reception was not at the Pension. I had to call a few times and found out that the receptionist was located at some place else.

✗ Customer service.. Main outside fob and key would not open the door .Rang the phone number 5 times did get a call back 20 minutes later then video call to try and explain how to get in nothing worked.. pin fob or key..only for a fellow guest was coming out I got in the hall.. Send a message saying I'm stuck here in my room as I was afraid I wouldn't get back in later..2hours too late a get a message explaining how the door key works.. So check the keys work before you venture out..Walls paper thin hear everything each side..Shared bathroom for too many people..No lights going down the stairs pitch black fell two steps..Over stay was a disaster

✗ Where do I start. Hard to get in the door to begin with. Front door is locked and no one was answering buzzer. When they finally answered you walk in the door and there is nothing there. Office is on 2d floor, but no sign to tell you that. The bathroom has one toilet and shower like a regular bathroom in your house that is shared with multiple rooms. So if someone is taking a shower and you have to use the toilet, you have no place to go. Also found a dead bug on the mattress so I didn't get under the covers, but used my own bag lying on top. Would not recommend. Proce was very high for such poor quality.

Great place to stay along the camino

✓ Loved the bed it was really nice! The rooms were clean and the location was perfect! The shower was a little bit short, (I am 193cm) but otherwise great place!
