Clean/ good value

✓ Hostess was super informative about location and recommendations. Room was very clean and I personally found the bed comfortable

✗ Haha- more unbroken clothespins on the drier rack!😉 and OK I get it.. you show your best pictures online and you did send a message that this was a street level apartment, but the pictures in no way represented the views from this apartment…no view! All said the apartment was clean, secure and a good value

Clean room with AC and a few good restaurants and grocery stores near by

✓ The lady who welcomed us and gave us the keys was very friendly and helpful. We arrived a little early, but she was there already. So, getting the keys was easy and pleasant. The room was clean and, though not particularly large, it was well set up, so it felt larger than it was. The furniture was functional, modern, and tasteful - not always a given in Split. The place had air conditioning, which is quite important during the warmer days. Great. We also had our own parking lot in front of the apartment, properly secured by a gate. That alone is worth a lot, given that parking can be really tricky in Split, especially in the residential areas. The location was fine, as we deliberately chose a location not too close to the old town, as the buzz of tourists can be a bit tiring over time. A small beach, several good restaurants, and groceries are within walking distance. We did walk to the city center, but there also is a bus stop not very far from the apartment that gets you there easily. Finally, the place is quite easy to reach from the airport.

✗ Other than a glass door, there was no window. So, the place felt a bit like a room in a cellar. Honestly, it was fine for us, as we just needed a place to crash and otherwise were outside most of the time anyway. But for those who want to spend more than a couple of days there or spent more time inside, perhaps the rooms upstairs would be a better choice. As the coast is very close, the view from one of the balconies might be fantastic, but I have not seen it in person.

Amazing apartment and perfect location

✓ Amazing location with very guest friendly hosts and cleaning lady. Upon arrival the host was waiting for us to hand the keys and gave us many tips for us to visit. The apartment was clean and looked very comfortable, all facilities were there; airconditioning, dishwasher, shower, laundry machine, chairs, balcony and even tabs for the laundry machine and dishwasher. They also included towel service. The supermarket was very close and there was a cozy restaurant just next to us! The beach is walking distance and you can get to the old city in 15-20 minutes walking as well. The hosts replied very quickly to our messages as well. We loved our stay, thank you Ivana and Vedran!

✗ A very very minor thing was that the toilet wasn’t always flushing quite well, but that’s about it.

✓ Really nice and comfortable apartment with big terrace. Friendly and helpful host. We really enjoyed staying in Apartments Tudor.

Fabulous

✓ Lovely, spacious, clean apartment about a 20 minute walk from the Old Town. Hosts were very welcoming and also arranged a taxi transfer to the airport at the end of our stay. We were very comfortable here.

✗ Access to the balcony was through the main bedroom which was a bit awkward. Some hooks in the bedrooms for hanging towels and other stuff generally would be useful.
