✓ Restaurant Friendly staff

Competent staff but poor rooms.

✗ The rooms are poor. Beds are of other age. Lack of insulation makes you hear everything during the night.

✓ Lovely stuff and quite good breakfasts.

✗ The room was without a worktable, and night curtains (floor 0). The room was cold so I used an extra heater. Were challenging to get an empty space in the parking. The hotel requires renovation.

Amazing hotel with very helpful staff!

✓ My favorite part by far was the staff. They were extremely helpful, anticipated my every need and did their best to keep me happy. I had some problems with my luggage when I first got there and not only did they help me take care of the situation, but they also listened and sympathised on multiple occasions. I also loved their restaurant - huge variety of foods and everything was delicious. I do my best to stay active when I go on vacations, and Kornealita also has a very decent gym.

✗ The only thing I would improve(and to be honest, it’s not that big of a deal for me) is maybe add some color to the rooms. Maybe some flowers or put something on the walls. The rooms are very bleak. But the bed was comfortable and the TV and the refrigerator worked perfectly.

Nice, Russian-speaking hotel for travelers

✓ They speak Russian! They received me, although I arrived at 1 AM

it’s a best place so far to stay in Visaginas for few nights

✓ air conditioning in the room and very friendly staff

✓ Great staff. Very practical room with space for working. Restaurant in the hotel, good breakfast.

✗ Sometime is hard to park in the proximity. The wifi was week in the rooms (during another visit it was great).
