Very adequate for our stay

✗ The toilet is as you enter, the shower and washbasin are on full view to other occupant, there is a flimsy curtain. Not everyone who shares a room is intimate

An OK experience

✓ The location was great. Easy walking distance to buses, airport tram and the main train station.

✗ The property is in need of maintenance. We had 3 rooms with our party and 2 shower doors did not close properly. The result was that water poured all over the floor, no matter how careful we tried to be. Using a bathmat didn’t help as you couldn’t open or close the shower door with a bathmat in front of it. We told reception, but no one came to check. We stayed 4 nights, and the room was not serviced at all. When one of our rooms asked for a towel change, as they had been mopping up water from the shower, the hotel was going to charge them for the clean towels. Rooms for couples were ok, but for mixed groups, there is not a lot of privacy with open bathrooms. The reception staff need more training re the needs of travellers. We were given incorrect information with regards to parking, and were told a different story by each receptionist. Google maps gave us a more accurate answer.
