Charming but basic. I wouldn't book again.
✓ The garden, pool and outside seating area were lovely. Lots of birds and butterflies.
✗ Inside the house is basic. It needs at a minimum a new kitchen, a double mattress for the main bedroom and douvet covers. The mattresses are uncomfortable. I was also annoyed when next-door's gardener company showed up at 7.30am one morning with loud and heavy equipment and worked for 3 hours so we couldn't sleep or enjoy the birdsong.
