Amalia Apartments

I did not stay as the apartment was dark, dank, dirty and was more like a storeroom

✓ Nothing I did not stay as the apartment was awful

✗ Everything needs a complete overhaul. Some sockets and lights did not work so I became concerned the electrics were not up to standard. The curtains in the kitchen hang over the cooker which is a definite fire hazard. There is a large step to negotiate and the floor moved in the main bedroom. The sheet on the bed was dirty. The whole place needs a safety check. There was also a full ashtray on the table, the smell was awful. Avoid these apartments until they are updated. Its such a shame they are not maintained as their location is right next to the beach if you ignore the road in between.

✗ There was no way of communication with the owners and they were not replying on our messages and not flexible with cancellation

Relaxing vacation in Latchi

✓ The proximity to the beach and the village center were a huge win. The pool, the lounge chairs and the towels left especially for the pool were a great bonus that added to the stat. The apartment and kitchen were fully furnished so we didnt feel like anything was missing at all.

✗ Only one ac is free, the other costs 5 euros per day something we didnt know beforehand. The host was very generous and allowed us to use the ac first day for free because we didnt know that it costed money

✓ Spacious apartment, lovely man running the place, right on the beach. We have swallow nests right outside our room, it was amazing watching them!

✗ Bit dirty in our place but I have given it a scrub up for the next guests 🙂
