✓ Breakfast was so so but only bread with butter and chocolate frosting to satisfy western craving. Coffee is sweet already both in cafeteria and room but I prefer black coffee. If you stay here maybe best to bring your own. The mattresses were quite comfortable.
✗ Cold water was suddenly shut off around 10:30 p.m. until sometime in the middle of the night. Not just to the hot tub but even to the toilet and sinks. Lady at the front desk had a peculiar attitude. After booking on this site I got a notification that I had to wire some money. That ended up being a cumbersome fiasco in which I had to communicate with her several times. After using the hot spring I called and asked for 4 clean towels because there were four of us in the room but she seemed flabbergasted that I wanted 4. The hot spring pool was okay but only one of them has water and they keep the water level low possibly because it leaks if its filled all the way up? It also seemed a little dirty but that might just be because hardly anybody was using it. They did say the water was clean and just added that day. The Wi-Fi did not work at all.
