✓ Enjoyed my stay, the hotel has a very big lobby, I was impressed. Breakfast was amazing and also enjoyed the Italian restaurant including staff. After arrival at ADD, shuttle to the hotel was efficiënt but it's also possible to walk. I visited the shoeshiners around the corner under the bridge at the roundabout. Hey man that was fun and they are as good as new.

✗ When showering you have to stand in a bathtub without a shower curtain and before you know the bathroom is flooded. I don't know if every room has this problem?

✓ Easy access from airport..shuttle service is quick and reliable. Breakfast quite good..

✗ Improvements can be made on the amount of time taken to check in and check out.

Five Star Hotel with a Three Star Experience!!!

✓ The property is excellent and located close to the airport with an efficient airport shuttle service and a well equipped gym and spa. (The instructors and attendants know what they are doing). The rooms are well furnished and clean, so are the bathrooms.

✗ The property is often overrun by guests in transit that get free accommodation and you often end up being treated as one despite being a paying customer. I literally had to argue with Room Service to get me additional drinking water in my room…they insisted that they give only two bottles until I mentioned I was not in transit but actually staying there. The quality of the food at the Chinese restaurant and breakfast is a joke; not in my opinion 5 star; the Italian restaurant can be better. The quality of coffee and tea provided in the room is at 3 star level.
