Good price vs value, except parking fees in both parking areas.

✓ Reception desk is comfy ,and receptionist is friendly and helpful. Very good sight view from balcony. Clean pools and beach. Snorkling is amazing. Clean towels and bed sheets. Satisfying property cleanliness, but not so clean,because of poor maintenance and old furniture.

✗ Reception desk access is through the parking area,and you should pay 25 l.e. for it. Check in only takes 10 min. or less,so you pay parking fees for nothing. Alternavily you can park outside and walk to the desk, your companions will stay in hot weather inside your car. Parking garage during your stay is too far from the property building... It is exhausting to walk out of garage till you reach your property,you pay 75 l.e. per day for parking though. Beach is not comfortable, but clean. Property maintenance is poor, light bulbs need replacements.... Reception desk is comfy ,and receptionist is friendly nd helpful. No information about present facilities near area.(telefrique,sport pitches,...)
