Perfect location.

✓ The location was perfect. Kettle (can't start my day without tea). Fan. Fridge. Microwave. Clean, basic accommodation at a very reasonable price.

✗ Could have had a comfortable chair in the main room for people wishing to watch TV.

False advertising. Don’t stay.

✗ We booked this stay based on the photos on the site and we did not get the same room as pictured. False advertising!!!!! Room was way worse/more cramped. No good ventilation, was so hot during 30-35 degree days. It’s so hot in Montpellier and coming back to accomodation is nice for the heat relief. There was no such relief. Floor was so dirty and dusty. No good lighting, felt so dark and depressing. Fridge wasn’t cleared out from last stay and was not cold Window was broken and covered up with plastic.

Don’t ever stay there.

✗ One of the worst nightmares as a traveler. Worst place one could ever imagine. In a nutshell, I had to find another hotel. Access to the property was very confusing. The key locker was hidden. No lifts & the so called room’ was on the second floor. Very dangerous, particularly broken staircases. Very old, dark, smelly, warm place when an animal cannot stay. Temperature was around 30 C but no fans. Windows are broken & replaced with plastic sheets. The bed was on a separate platform (roof) which can be reached by a wooden staircase. I have explained all these to the owner Omar & requested a refund but he flatly refused. I’m blaming Booking.Com for advertising such bad properties in their website. Not a single guest should stay there- that’s my recommendation. The photos will be included here too for you to judge….

✗ no air conditioning. the bed was on a mezzanine area up a ladder & it was so so hot at night time. would be great to have a fan or something as the window was also broken and the window was unable to be opened

Not living the life of Riley

✗ The room wasn't at all as pictured on the booking website. The accommodation was very basic. The bedroom is up in a mazzanine area which has a steep ladder with no railings to reach the room. Definitely hazardous. Recently renovated and smelling dusty. This place may be suitable for students seeking a cheap place to sleep but not suitable for business travelers.

Disgraceful customer service.you took my money and scammed me

✓ I booked this property for my son, who was going on Erasmus in Montpellier. when he got there, he was told that they don’t do accommodation any more, he was left on the side of the street, in a strange country an d no where to stay.
