Apartments & Rooms Žaja is a family owend property located on Čiovo Island, only 150 metres from the beach and 400 metres from the UNESCO-protected Old Town of Trogir.
✓ Our host was friendly and cheerfully met our request for an early check in. She connected us with transportation from the airport and gave us suggestions and directions for the town.

✓ Our hosts were so kind, welcoming and helpful to us, even waiting outside the accommodation at night for our arrival in the dark to beckon us into our car parking space. The room was perfect, comfortable beds, a small fridge for our drinks, working aircon (from experience, some places that advertise having this don't always have functioning aircon!), a little balcony from which to watch the sun rise, a modern bathroom with powerful shower. Note that the apartment is up 2 short flights of shallow stairs with no lift (our hosts offered to help with carrying luggage but we were fine). The location is perfect for walking access to the old town of Trogir (about 8 minutes) so you can leave your car at the property. Also handy for the airport (just 8 minutes' drive away)
✗ Nothing. Just be aware that if you have a lot of luggage, walking space around the room will be a bit tight. We managed fine with 2 medium suitcases and backpacks.

✓ Newly renovated apartment that was exceptionally clean. Bed was comfortable and a kettle with coffee and tea was available in the room.
✓ Very clean, amazing views, close to Trogir old town and marina. The unit even had air conditioning! It was fully equipped with all kitchenware too. Exceeded our expectations.
✗ There was nothing that we did not like about the property.

Hi,3 bigger apartments are all equipped with washers(for clothes).Rooms and studio apartment not.But we have our big washers and dryers for bedsheets and could allow you to use it if needed.
Hello,yes,the whole house has a good quality of wifi and the 2 bedroom is very near to the router so it has good wifi.

Hi,rooftop terrace and jacuzzi belong only to Deluxe apartment with 3 bedrooms(third floor+roof terrace on the fourth floor).Minimum number of nights to book it is 5-7 during the summer season.
