fantastic place to spend with kids!:)

✓ we loved absolutely everything!!! from the check in, to accommodation to delicious food, fantastic kids paradise like environment and surroundings:) staff was super helpful and polite, kind and accommodating, we cant complain a bit:) and for kids??? wow! u dont need to go anywhere:)

✗ we loved everything:) just little tip for managers: please add some storage or hooks in bathroom and maybe bigger kid’s playground inside when the weather goes murky and rainy:)

✓ Cozy and well equipped rooms, good wellness

✗ The receptionist registered a foreing guest to the 'foreigner police' even though we were not staying in Slovakia for more than 10 days which is a prerequisite for such registration. We had to fill out forms with very detailed information, spending a lot of extra time at the reception for no reason. Upon leaving a different receptionist tried to have us pay for a restaurant bill, which we never ate/drank in.

Superb accommodation, great location and helpful staff!

✓ Great place I return to once a year. Living abroad, coming back to my home country gives this place unique position in my life - location and accommodation are superb with helpful and positive approach of the staff from the room till the restaurant. Wonderful scenery seen from every room (I tried many) and great facilities complete fabulous stay I always enjoy! My favorite place for vacation in Slovakia, do not miss it!

✓ Nice resort with everything in it. Very well organised. Clean rooms and luxury environment

✗ I received 5-7 emails from the resort prior to visiting. Which can be quite annoying

✗ Air conditioner cannot be started - controlled centrally and on only few days a year.

✗ Kitchen could have had a place to dry the plates and cutlery or more towels to wipe them dry.
