For a 4 star hotel the quality of the breakfast was not good, there was a big variety but the quality of the products was not good. Bathroom amenities was poor The rooftop bar works only on Fridays and Saturdays which is a big minus in my opinion

Lovely room, very clean and pleasant. Staff were very friendly and helpful - spoke excellent English. It was easy to find the hotel from the train station. I didn't get a chance to use all the facilities as I was not there for very long but everything looked nice. Good breakfast. The hotel is making an effort to be sustainable which I appreciated.

I would have appreciated some kind of tea/coffee service in the room, I know this is perhaps a british thing and not done in Finland, but it would have been nice to be able to have a coffee in the room and not have to go out o get one. Either a kettle or a small coffee machine would have been great.

Wifi was so bad I could not do work that I have planned.

The breakfast was spectacular. Very high quality and nutritious. The bed was perfect for me. The bed coverings were a little different but in a good way... king bed with individual comforters for each half.

The wall sockets were EU-only and the front desk did not have adapters. I spent hours hunting down an adaptor, finally finding one at a computer/electronics store. Most hotels I have stayed at have universal sockets or loaner adaptors.

Generally speaking the hotel is very good but has some silly drawbacks. Breakfast was excellent. Reception staff very helpful. Position of the hotel also very good.

Some rooms had street noise (we were a group of 7 pax). The plastic door of the shower does not prevent the water from going the bathroom floor. Not a single hanger in rooms for coats. Family rooms are a rip-off as they are not more spacious than normal rooms.

Very good hotel. Beds are very comfy, no noise, good breakfast, good location. It's worth the 4 stars it has.

The room was fine. The breakfast was very fine. The location close to railwaystation and to the shopping center with busses and metro was excellent, and the hotel was located very close to museums and other attractions. The weather could have been better, but that is not your business.

In my first room - 708 - I could here noise from the ventilation in front of the hotel. Maybe it could be possible to write all the informations you needed when I made the reservation of the hotel from mycomputer so I didn't have to do it by pencil,
